About
My name is Maggie, and my yoga offerings are rooted in a deep belief that coming back to ourselves, back to our bodies; is both powerful and necessary, especially in the midst of busy, full lives.
As a 250-hour Hatha-trained teacher, I guide gentle, accessible practices that support you in reconnecting with your body, your breath, and your inner steadiness.
I’m deeply inspired by the healing power of nature—the land, the ocean, the moon, the simple rhythm of the natural world. This connection weaves through my classes, alongside a love of music, mantra, and meditation, creating a space that feels both calming and nourishing.
My intention is to offer yoga in a way that is safe, supportive, and inclusive for everybody. Whether you are completely new or returning to your mat, you are welcome exactly as you are.
I offer both one-to-one sessions and small group classes, creating a space that feels supportive, personal, and tailored to your needs.
